What is a coach? What is a moderator?
Recently I noticed that some companies call their coach "agent". I
only assume that this is the abbreviation for the "facilitator of learning." However,
"Facilitator" in fact a reasonable period if the "agent" is used only lectures and
Power Point? If a strategic plan to meet and encourage someone to learn how
